Is there anyone out there that knows of a consultant that could help me get over the finish line with my company set-up? I just have few small things that I need help navigating that I’d be willing to pay an hourly rate for.

Could I pay you for an hour of your time to do a screen share on a couple of things?

I need help figuring out my invoice numbers. I’d like to start with the last number from my old system and move forward from there. I’d also like the recurring invoices to not have duplicate invoice numbers to the regular invoices.

I need help with setting up the terms for my recurring invoices/subscriptions.

I’m doing pretty good, but there’s a good amount that is confusing and I want to get this right.

I really like your platform. It’s pretty user friendly for the basic stuff and I love how professional the invoices look (and that I could pick between different templates).

I’m obviously not a developer but we are a small business, so I wear a lot of hats.

I’m trying to figure out how to get our invoice numbering changed. I want them to be automatically generated, but I’d rather not start at 0001. Also, I don’t want invoice numbers to duplicate between invoices and recurring invoices. Is there a way to do this? I’m in the Generated Numbers section, but don’t see any place to address this.

You can change the counter on Settings > Generated Numbers to prevent the numbers from starting at 0001.

When the recurring invoice runs it generates a standard invoice which uses the same counter as regular invoices.

I actually figured out how to change the invoice numbering. Now I just need to make sure that the recurring revenue doesn’t duplicate or start at 0001. Is there a way to do this?

Are you referring to the number for the recurring invoice or the standard invoices which are generated by the recurring invoice?
