Invoice Ninja + PayPal Integration

Hello
I got a email saying that I need to configure the new Paypal Platform since old Paypal system will stop in March.

When I go to Settings>Payment Settings and click on new gateway, I click on Paypal Platform and then the setup button. This takes me to browser where it says, please wait while we do a security check. After this is only a blank page. I tried this from the app and the web browser on 2 different computers with 2 different internet services.

Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
