Invoice ninja on unRAID?

I am playing with the trial of unRAID currently. What got me here is I’m looking now to create a way to backup my IN instance or even add some redundancy. I was excited to see all the cool stuff unRAID can do including docker containers. If I stick with unRAID I might just migrate to that being what runs my instance with the security of drive parity etc (will still do backups).

I am browsing topics here but maybe to save myself some time is there a good guide for this? Is it feasible without a bunch of tricks and tweaks? I see two different “apps” for invoiceninja in unRAID, not sure which to try. I’ve also found a lot of forum threads on the 'net where folks struggled to make it work on unRAID. I don’t want to bother if its going to be a pain to get working on unRAID and keep running.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Hi,

I believe many people use unRAID for Invoice Ninja, I found these posts which may help.

It was actually quite simple to get setup! There are two “invoiceninja’s” as apps in unRAID, the first one did not work for me (database issues) as I think the settings are not complete. The second app that includes “v5” in the name worked perfectly. I may just migrate my instance over to this if I like unRAID, will have to look into how to transfer my IN license but I think moving over will be as simple as a database backup and copying over my app folder…
