Invoice customization to production/shipping note

Hi, is there more detailed instructions how to customize invoice template?
Would like to create estimate and use one of the custom invoice as production order(pdf printout) and shipping note(pdf printout) and then invoice/estimate.

Is there a list of all possible usable $keyworks ($invoice.invoiceNumber…)?

Are you using v4 or v5?

The line item fields aren’t available as variable in v4
