Information for spf record

Hi,
I’m using V5 Hosted invoiceninja. And invoice email gets send out from your server with my domain email as sender.

But my customers seem to get this message in their email:

CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.

Probably I should set spf record to indicate that I let invoiceninja service sent email on behalf of my domain. But what should I include? Is it still in V5:

v=spf1 include:invoiceninja.com ~all

???

I’m not sure it will help, but if you set your SPF record to this: (we use Postmark for our transactional emails)

v=spf1 a mx include:spf.mtasv.net ~all

I’d also be interested to know whether this resolve this particular reporting issue.
