Self hosting v4.1.4, tried exporting json,csv, and xml. (selected all)
vendors and expenses wont import.
Vendors and expenses aren’t included in the JSON file.
You should be able to export/import expenses as CSV.
how come I dont see an option for vendors when importing from csv?
Only options are
-clients
-inbvoices
-products
-expenses
It isn’t currently supported.
The vendor column of the expense import will automatically create a vendor record with the name however we don’t support importing vendor details. It will likely be added in a future release.
OH ok got it.
If I used a 3rd party db backup program such as workbench to periodically backup and restore the database, would that have any negative effects on the program?
