Import for Vendors, vendors custom value field missing

I have a csv file with vendors data. Under “Settings”, “Custom fields”, 8 custom fields are offered (4xContact, 4xVendor). When importing, the vendor custom fields are missing and I can’t map the values. Is this an error or a missing feature?
