Import 4.5 -> 5.1.65 CSV client

Hello

I have an installation of the software and I can’t change to the latest version. I have to make a new installation.
Unfortunately it is not possible to import a Json file and when I import my CSV 4.5 file to INVOICE NINJA 5.1 I can’t find my customers or invoices. Is it possible to import a database directly from the cpannel Or how import properly?

You need to use the migration tool in the latest v4 to transfer the data.

I found the migration tool, but when I enter my email and password and the api of my new installation in my invoice 4 I get an error message

We will need the error from the logs on the V4 installation.

Which version of PHP are you using? v4 supports up to PHP 7.3.
