Img does not work within <ninja> tag for custom design

Hi, I was an avid user of the self-hosted version but I decided to drop it in favour of paying for the enterprise version for ease of use. In the self-hosted version, I relied a lot on a custom design that I created. This worked flawlessly and I assumed I could carry it over to the hosted version without a hitch but that’s not the case.

The issue is, when creating a custom design, I start of with tags. I then use this for my image:
$company.name logo

Again, this worked fine in the self-hosted version but in the hosted version, this causes the pdf preview to crash and I become unable to send any pdfs with this template. Moving the image out of the tag fixes it but that’s not the layout I want. There’s nothing else I can do on my end as this seems like an internal issue. Any ideas?

sorry, I just realised that the forum blanked out some of my words as they were html tags, I meant to say I start with ninja tags then I add an img element. Not sure if that would change your response.

I’ve sent an email and I’ll see if they know whats going on
