I am currently using the i Frame feature for my Wordpress page; however, people are having issues once they get to the authorization to pay. After they sign and click pay now, they have been getting the following error: “An error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.” I tried it as well, but it works on Chrome. Had the testers try Chrome and it worked as well. Safari works for mobile; however, I got the same error they received on my laptop and desktop. Is there something I can do to fix this?
I think it’s related to 3rd party cookies, it can be fixed by having the client change their browser settings but you may want to disable the feature.
