💡 How to Send a Recurring Invoice Immediately in Invoice Ninja (Quone)?

Hello,

Is there a way to force Invoice Ninja (Quone) to send a recurring invoice immediately? For example, if I don’t want to wait for the scheduled time and need to send a specific recurring invoice right away?

Hi,

If the quote hasn’t been sent yet you’ll see a ‘Send now’ option

Nope. No SEND NOW option shown.

Is the recurring invoice in pending or active status? I believe you’ll only see the option if the invoice is pending.

The problem with send now for an active invoice is that it’s unclear how it should affect the schedule going forward. Note: you can change the start date of the invoice to reset the recurrence.
