How to fix footer on bottom?

No matter which template I use, the footer is not fixed at the bottom but only with a defined distance to the total_table.

How can a footer be fixed on bottom?

In V4 I could create the following footer:

In order to make sticky footer you will need to CSS. Have a look at some examples.

As far as I know, Bold & Modern have sticky footers.
