Only additionally created companies can be deactivated or deleted, but the company created before the migration cannot, which is confusing now that this company exists twice. “Account management” is not available for the manually created company. How to delete the first company?

Is this is both the Flutter and React apps?
What do you mean with “Flutter and React apps”?
I created a company in V5 for testing and then migrated from V4. This did not overwrite the created company but created a new one with the same name. Now it should be possible to delete the previously manually created company, but this possibility does not exist.
There is an option in the dashboard to switch between the two apps.
Only with “React app” the menupoint “Account Managment” will be shown:
But it is not possible to delete the account:
