How to change plan


I mimgrated from version 4 to 5.
In account management, I see that I have an enterprise plan but how can I change it?



Are you selfhosting the app are you using the hosted version?


I’m using the hosted one

You can change plans in the client portal, there should be a view portal link on Settings > Account Management.


This doesn’t help because I received this:

And I can’t make a subscription because you need the paid version so i’m in a loop !

I have the same problem. It appears V4 is still set to enterprise plan but I cannot turn it on for V5
