Hi, I have an electronic repair shop and I really liked the platform. Now I would like to know how I could enter customer equipment and its repair.
I would like to have a sheet where I can customize fields to add equipment data and give a copy to the client. The data would be of the type: serial number, brand, model, diagnosis, etc.

I suggest adding custom product fields, you could then track each item as a product.

I tried to create custom fields but the free version does not allow me to do so. I understand that the solution you propose should be the correct one, but I was wondering if it could be combined with some other platform.
If you start the free trial and the cancel before the end of it I believe you’ll able to configure the app without needing to pay.
