How do I download all my data as only a user..

Version ie <v5.10.30>

Can you replicate the issue on our v5 demo site https://demo.invoiceninja.com or Invoice Ninja?
Have you searched existing issues?
Have you inspected the logs in storage/logs/laravel.log for any errors?

How can I download my data after my IT guy left disgruntled and will not give me the password for the admin. Please help.. thank you

Hi,

There’s an option to export your data through the app but it’s much better to use mysqldump to make a database backup.

I can do that with only user level access? Is there a service that could do it?

In the web app it’s under Settings > Backup | Restore.

Your webhost may be able to help create the database backup.
