For some time now, I have had the feeling that the reminders are not being sent automatically.
The scheduled sending of invoices and automatic invoices work.
The invoice was sent (automatically) on April 7. Due date is immediately. The offer was archived as set. The invoice was also sent to me or the BCC address.
However, 7 days after the due date, I could not find any reminders or reminders sent.
The activities only show that the customer has viewed the invoice.
Quick note: I changed the transmission time yesterday from 8:00 to 18:00. There was no dispatch. Then I carried out yesterday’s update and set the sending time to 9:00. No dispatch took place.
I sent the reminder manually, but the next sending date was not changed. It is still set to 14.04.2024.
The database shows ‘next_send_date’ 2024-04-14 06:00:00 and ‘last_send_date’ 2024-04-17.
