How can I update Ninja because of 500 internal error

I installed Invoice Ninja and I tried to login. After login, I receive that error message

It is interretsing to see the error

strict-origin-when-cross-origin

However, I searched on that forum, and I saw an information, that the problem desapear on the next release. I check the version I download (5.5.48) and I see here , the latest release is 5.7.48

Is there a easy way to upgrate my version, otherwise, I will reinstall it

By the way, I enable the APP_DEBUG. Why goes the log? I look at /var/log/apache2/invoice-ninja.error.log , but the file is empty
