Hide the additional Subscriptions options from Client Portal

Is there a way to hide the section for "YOU MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING: "

If you add subscriptions to a group these are shown as options, you would want to create your subscriptions with no groups attached, or with a unique group for each subscription.
