Help. Two-Factor Authentication

Hi

I just got my phone back after it was sent back for repair and I’m now in the process of restoring it - but it seems google authenticator does not backup sites I had added Two-Factor Authentication for.

So it seems I am locked out. Is there a way I can reset this?

I have access to my email address and I know my password.
