I believe the PDF isn’t working because the subdomain is blank, once it’s set it should start working.
We plan to keep v4 available until the end of the year.

Hi Hillel. Delighted to report that the issues I had yesterday with v5 seem to have gone away. If that was due to some magic from your end, thank you!
I did have one further error today. Any time I tried to save a change, it would ask me for a password and then give me the error.
My password had a Euro symbol (€) in it, which I thought might be worth changing. I reset my password using the recovery in the login and the problem has now gone.
Just for reference, the error I received with my old password with the unusual symbol in it was…
Error: Type error

Resetting to a new password solved this.
Awesome, glad to hear it’s working!
Thanks for sharing the solution, it should help us track down the problem.
You’re welcome.
In the interest of being more precise, I also had a plus symbol (+) in my old password, but not in the new one.
I doubt that one was causing an issue, as it is a commonly used character. But it may help to know if testing doesn’t reveal a problem with the €.
