I sent an email to that address mentioned above, requesting a refund, but never heard back after waiting a week. I will give it a couple more days before I charge it back through my credit card.
Folks, I do understand any claims at getting a money back voucher provided that has been a sales promise, anywhere, here or elsewhere. What i do not understand though, is how can one not have tested any/every thing on IN before registering for a WL license?
I mean, it seemed to me that you can literally do everything, test the whole rig upside down; the only thing you have to deal with is a steady IN sticker in your sent/generated invoices / However, while testing, that’s a very tiny issue and is precisely made so for you to test things out before spending any money. Furthermore, adding the WL license won’t fix any potential issue you’ve been having without the WL licensing, we all agree on that right?
Let me reckon that there may be out of my knowledge issues, perhaps on hosted/cloud based offerings as I went for a self hosted approach. Although clearly, I did all my testings and once 100% satisfied, I spent the required amount for my WL license – which seemed to me like the best practice/proposed way to go about all this…
