Hello, I’m having an issue for few months now. My customers’ invoices are getting the late fee applied before midnight. I have checked many times and the server is synchronized to my time and the settings in Invoice Ninja are correct. I had to select America/Caracas because Puerto Rico is not available.
The fee comes in, 3 or 4 hours before the end of the day.

The fees are set when the reminder is sent, as long as you set a send time the reminder and fee will send in the correct timezone
It’s setup as “Third Reminder” 1 day AFTER the due date. That’s why I noticed, because I get a copy and the email came 3 hours before the end of the 5th day of the month. That reminder should have gone after 12 midnight (today), not yesterday.
What is the send time that is configured for your emails?
I don’t have them set to anything. I send the invoices manually right now.
I would suggest setting a send time for your emails this will also be configured for the reminders and when the actually fire.
I did after my message, lets see how it goes.
