Feature Request - Partial/Deposit Percentage

I would like to submit a request for the Partial/Deposit to be able to be set by percentage too, and if possible, as a set percentage by default.

E.g. I'll do the job but I require a 50% deposit up front. But the new quote/invoice form's "Partial/Deposit" field takes an absolute value, not a percentage. Please consider adding a percent feature as that would make creating new transactions much faster. Right now you need to take out a calculator and do the calculation manually (and have to double check everything as you don't trust yourself :smile:). Even better would be to be able to set a default value, e.g. `50%`. *Thanks for considering it.* (BTW: the "Discount" field has a "Percent"/"Amount" dropdown - so there is a precedent, and maybe this is a copy-paste job?)
