Failure to Charge! Help needed

Hello, I am unable to charge clients and have emailed support which have not gotten back to me. When I attempt to approve a quote through View In Portal it simply does not approve. So after I manually convert the quote into an invoice and attempt to charge through the portal, nothing comes up. Not even the “Credit Card” option under the “Pay Now” dropdown. I have multiple transactions pending so I will appreciate if this is resolved quickly.

For the first issue I suggest checking that auto-convert is enabled on Settings > Workflow Settings > Quotes.

Have you configured a payment gateway on Settings > Payment Settings?

I’m having the same issue. Started today. When a customer clicks ‘approve’ nothing happens. When I manually approved the quote, the customer was able to pay by credit card.

I noticed that the credit card option would not show up if the invoice amount exceeds the maximum allowable credit card charge defined in the settings.

May be useful for the OP, but there is still the issue of the ‘Approve’ button not working.

Thank you for your suggestions. I have been trying to resolve the issue but the problem remains. The payment settings are also correctly configured. Any other suggestions I can try? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks a lot in advance.

I have charged larger amounts so I don’t think the maximum allowable credit card charge would be the issue in my settings, but that was a great suggestion and I will look into that further. I noticed you also had an issue with the “Approve” option, have you managed to resolve that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
