Export expense documents associated with each expense number

Hello everyone.

This is my first question on the forum, I met ninja invoice today.

I am interested in hiring the enterprise option.

In Spain, the tax agency can request a list in Excel with all the data regarding purchases made during a specific period. Each of these purchases must show a PDF with the invoice that proves that the purchase is true.

I am looking for an alternative to ZohoBooks where it is not possible to issue a listing like the one I described above.

Would it be possible to download the documents that have been uploaded to each of the expenses so that they could be associated with each of the expenses? That is, is it possible to download the documents that have been uploaded and interrelate them with the list of expenses with a PDF whose name is the expense number provided in Excel.

The app supports downloading all attached documents, the document name includes the expense number to be able to match them up.

Can you please tell me if it is only available in the App (I have an Apple) or if it is also available in the web version? Could you help me by telling me exactly which section the option is in? At least I haven’t found it on the web, and it’s being a bit exhausting to adapt to all the options… :sweat_smile:

It’s available across all platforms. To see the option in the web app check the records in the expense table and then click ‘More actions’ at the top.
