Export Email don't arrive

Hi, I’m running InvoiceNinja in the latest version on a Shared Hosting, and I have configured the mail with Amazon SES SMTP, which works sending notifications and everything. But when I want to export the export mail never arrives, and in the error log there is nothing, neither in the system log inside the web.

Any ideas?

The problem was solved. It was due to a misconfiguration in the cron job.
