Export doesn't come to my email

I did an export to my email, but I am not receiving anything. It’s odd, because everytime I login I do receive an email that there was a new login.

Why am I not receiving the mails from the export? It’s also not possible to download. It always creates the link to the email.

Note: if you use the desktop app you can download the reports directly in the app.

If you have a paid plan you should see the option in the sidebar navigation.

So this is only available in the paid plan? I mean this bug of not being able to export has been there for such a long time. Why is there no fix for this, other than forcing people to go for the paid plan?
