Error 504 Gateway timeout when attempting migration

504 Gateway Time-out reported

I have two VMs.
The v4 latest version is on port 4443
The v5 is on port 4333
I am able to authenticate and select the company to migrate. V4 web interface “thinks” for a while, then displays the gateway error.
Where to check for what the problem is?

it appears, though, that stuff is getting migrated. how do I know when it’s done and/or check for problems.

You should receive an email when the migration completes, or when it fails.

You can also inspect the logs in storage/logs/laravel.log or storage/logs/invoiceninja.log in your v5 installation.
