Error 500 on Shared Hosting - Hostinger

I’m having problems installing the Program in Hostinger.
I don’t know how to fix this error, I am using Shared Hosting provided they Hostinger.

Are there any details about the 500 error in storage/logs?

I can not find the Storage/logs details.
