Would anyone know what to do with this error?
There is a section in the docs that details the queue system, it is recommended to enable it in addition to the cron scheduler for better performance, see more here
the …env.swp is generated by the system I believe, it occasionally popped up in our environment during testing but following the permission steps in the docs here seems to have fixed it.
