Email not sent on Quote Approved


I’ve got the box ticked in ‘settings’ for sending an email when a quote is approved but I’m not getting anything.

I do get an email when a new quote is raised, so something’s broken somewhere…

Any suggestions?


Was the quote approved in the client portal or in the admin section of the app? The app only sends an email when the quote is approved by a client.

There isn’t a setting on /settings/notifications for “new quote is raised”, am I misunderstanding?

My bad. You’re correct, I’d setup a Zap to tell me when a quote was raised, which gave me a clue as to why I wasn’t getting emails - I had to update the User settings.
