Email already linked to an account

Hello,

I created a user account in User Management settings, but I deleted and removed that account. When I created a new account using the same email of that deleted account, it says that the email is already linked to an existing account.

Can you help me? I want to reuse that email address for the newly created account since we don’t have many extra email addresses.

You can restore the user, change the email to a different email address and then delete it again to free it up.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I can no longer restore the user because I already removed it from the list after I deleted the user.

In other words, I deleted the user first. Then I clicked “remove” and it no longer shows in the system.

May I ask for help? or can you unlink the email “[email protected]”? thank you
