Display language inconsistency

Hey there!

First of all some basics:
InvoiceNinja Version v5.6.23-C123
Hosting type self-hosted
Runtime Docker
Operating System Debian 11
InvoiceNinja proxied True
Proxy Type Traefik

I’m experiencing a strange behavior related to the displayed language.
I have set the localization to german, but some of my email templates are partial in english and the client portal is completely english. Do you know why or how to fix this?

I have to correct myself as I’ve recently recognized, that as a logged in client, the displayed language is german. Even if the customer related language field is empty. Only the client login page seems to be in english.
