Discount don't seem to apply correctly?

Creating an invoice with two line items.
I’ll use an example.
Item 1 is $100 and taxed at 9.25%
Items 2 is $10 and not taxed.

Without the discount the total is correct, $119.25. However, adding in a $10 discount (to discount item 2) the balance due is 108.41.

I’m doing taxes by line item and not by invoice. There is no tax on item 2. This doesn’t seem correct. The total should be $119.25

Hi,

You can enable “Show product discount” on Settings > Product Settings to support applying a discount to a specific line item.

I’ll turn on that feature.

Also, my math is wrong. The total should have been 109.25. So something is still broken with discounts and could cause someone to collect the wrong amount of tax if they use it amd don’t catch it.

are your taxes inclusive/exclusive?
