Discount Amount and Percent totals and products separated

Hi.

If I toggle between Amount and Percent it will change for individual products and totals.

For example. It is not possible to discount individual products for let’s say X% and apply totals discount of $500.

I think every product should have individual option to select Perc or Amount (like totals) and never be linked to totals discount.
