Desktop (Windows) and iOS apps are very slow recently?

For the past ~2 weeks or so I’ve noticed drastic slowdowns in the Windows and mobile (iOS) apps. Long periods of loading (bar moving along the type) when performing pretty much any action like creating projects or tasks, when opening up the app after having it in the background for a while. After doing a few things, with slow loading, it seems to speed up for a bit. But then next time I get back into it, the same thing occurs.

Is this some kind of known issue with the hosted version recently? Have there been changes to the backend infrastructure or service? Anybody else seeing this?

We haven’t released a new version of the desktop or mobile app for a month or two, do you see any performance issues in the web app?

I see massive performance issues with the web app. its extremely slow. all other websites are quick, so i know its just the invoiceninja site thats slow for me.

Every page takes 40 seconds to a minute to load. its been like this for the last week

This is becoming a frequent issue. To the point where I’m considering moving to a different service. It’s highly prohibitive when I need to access quote data and can’t even get into the app. I either have to wait a minute or more for it to load, or it never loads and I just revisit it later. Every time it happens I do two things:

  1. Check Speed Test: 180 down/60 up, pretty much as good as it gets
  2. Check the invoice ninja status site, no issues
