Deleted users still shown in payment portal

I’ve removed some old users from the saas app at

But the payment app still shows 5 when there should only be 2

Do you know how to rectify this please?

Users are never wiped from the system as they are linked to records they have created. However once a used has been had an action performed on them such as:

deleted/archived/removed

They can no longer log into the system at all.
