Default tax rate - Client based

Hi.

In Europe is like that. Domestic clients have tax (in our country 22%), foreign companies (with valid international VAT number) tax is excluded.

So it might be good to have default tax rate as a client settings, that would overwrite the Settings/Tax Settings/Default Tax Rate

You can use either the client or group settings to set a default tax rate.
