I’m not sure where and how I can edit the invoice to reflect the words “TAX INVOICE” instead of the default “INVOICE”, which is displayed on the default ‘Clean template’.

It is required by Australian law to include / specify that it’s a Tax Invoice, if the invoice includes the tax component.
The example above is showing how to change “Invoice” to “Tax Invoice”, is that what you’re trying to do or are you trying to update the “Issued to” string?
