Customising Inovice Template - TAX INVOICE instead of INVOICE

Hi

I’m not sure where and how I can edit the invoice to reflect the words “TAX INVOICE” instead of the default “INVOICE”, which is displayed on the default ‘Clean template’.

It is required by Australian law to include / specify that it’s a Tax Invoice, if the invoice includes the tax component.

I believe you can set a custom label on Settings > Localization to adjust this.

I found the option exactly as you indicated.

Settings > Localization > Select Label > Invoice. Then input the desired text

Hello, running the latest version v5.10.51, and I can’t find how to change to Tax Invoice instead of Invoice Issued To:

I checked the settings, and I see previous posts here… can you help me?

I added “Tax Invoice” from the Custom Labels field, see screenshot but it doesn’t work and even cleared the cache.

The example above is showing how to change “Invoice” to “Tax Invoice”, is that what you’re trying to do or are you trying to update the “Issued to” string?

In Australia, we will have to show it as Tax Invoice, not Invoice Issued To:

Try using invoice_issued_to as the custom field
