Customers not getting emails

You can use the system logs in the app to confirm the emails were sent and delivered to their inboxes.

Is it possible the emails are in your client’s spam folder?

The app support sending from Gmail, Microsoft, etc. which can help with deliverability.

Can you tell me how to access these logs?


If you’re using the web app you can select an invoice in the invoices table and the select the “Email History” tab to view the logs.

I found it. It got caught in the Microsoft quarantine, that the customer did not even know about.
