customer is trying to pay via ach. She has always used ach. Clicking pay now just takes her to the payment method page. No errors, but it doesn’t process the payment via stripe.
Had another client pay earlier today using ach, so assume it works. I see this clients attempts in stripe and all say incomplete.
Ive changed nothing in stripe or IN, except i ran the latest update when i confirmed her issue was happening. Any suggestions?

It may help to have them re-add their bank account.
They did and it asked them to verify the account again, which it was already verified at stripe
Did they re-verify their account?
Verify account that’s already been verified? They chose to manually verify but we are having a lot of ach issues lately. I get i pay 30/yr but it seems to be a lot of issues suddenly we haven’t had in 8 years.
