Currencies in the invoice

Hello,

I am starting my one-man-business in Spain soon, and wanted to find software for invoicing. It seems that InvoiceNinja is something that I was looking for.

My customers are located in different parts of World, that’s why I need to send invoices which contain 2 currencies. One of them is Euro, the second ones depends on customer location. Euro value should be calculated using national banks’ exchange rate (Not sure if there is a way to do this automatically, but maybe).

What do you think about this?

You can set the currency for the individual client.

If you accept payments online your payment gateway should handle the currency conversion for you.

Hello,

Thank you for your response! The thing is, if someone is paying in different currency than Euro, I have to calculate that currency to Euro (using national banks’ exchange rate) in order to calculate taxes properly.

Is there any possibility to make that calculation when generating invoice?

It isn’t currently supported but it’s possible we’ll add it in the future.
