How can I track the Stripe credit card processing Fees as an expense and link them to a project?

You can configure the app to automatically add on the fee to the invoice.
I don’t believe there’s currently a way to see the total of all fees collected, feel free to request the feature by creating an issue here: Issues · invoiceninja/invoiceninja · GitHub
