Just a quick question - if we set the reset counter on ‘Annualy’ what is the desired effect here? Is it one year from now or is it at the turn of the year?

Not sure what your asking. Cron is enabled and active on our server.
Have you enabled the send-invoices and send-reminders crons per the docs?
Aaah so they have to both be enabled in order for the reset counter to work… will do.
