Could not save invoice when sending invoice

I get the message when sending the invoice that it could not save it.
but it is sending the mail with invoice and it there in the dashboard.
what is going on?
I’m using version v4.5.49 selfhost

not that I’m aware of, I will check that first with the hosting company
