Hi,
I’ve been trying to configure Invoice Ninja to successfully email my invoices for a period of days now from my A2 shared hosting account and can’t seem to make it happen. I keep receiving this error:
Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username “email_address_here” using 2 possible authenticators.
I know without a doubt my username and password are correct. My email settings in Invoice Ninja are as follows:
Drive: SMTP
From Name: #My Full Name
Email Address: My email address
Host: a2ss27.a2hosting.com
Port: 465
Encryption: SSL
Password: ************
Any help will be much appreciated. Is there anyway I can find out more information on what’s causing this error? Some sort of log or something?? Please be descriptive if possible as I’m not a web developer
