Configure Dwolla in InvoiceNinja Gateway

I am sure this must have come up before - I am unable to find particular details. I am looking to adding Dwolla to Invoice Ninja, We have Transfers capability as far as Dwolla is concerned. Configuration UI for Invoice Ninia is vague ‘Destination id’ and doesn’t match any particular configuration that takes place on Dwolla API Key side.

Is there any configuration document or link that you guys can point me to?

The ‘Destination id’ is your Dwolla user id.

Thanks! Any ideas as to why ‘sandbox’ option get enabled by default and stay even if you uncheck and save?
