Clients Statement using the wrong client name and address

Describe the bug

When in the Clients page I click on action button to view statement. It will produce a pdf view with the correct clients invoice history, but the clients information section shows a different client name and address. The issue happens on all clients I try, correct financial information but uses the same wrong client name and address

Are you using the web or desktop app?

I mostly use the web app, I get the same results with my android phone app.
