What I am needing (with all the new clients) is a way for them to open their portal, and pick the items they need for a work order before being converted into an invoice…
Reason - My work is based on size of home/property as such, I have no clue what to send as an invoice until I get the info from them. Often times it comes in 3-5 different text messages, emails and or Messenger… It would help to have all of this info come in at one time to get a proper invoice out.
